2015 Update!

With 12 days until opening night we wanted to update everyone on the strange happenings going on in the Graveyard.  Everyone’s favorite serial killers are starting to make their way into the Mountains of Western North Carolina.  Michael Myers shadow has been seen in the woods, standing and waiting….  Strange things are happening in Freddy’s room and a new Crystal Lake has surfaced with the sounds of Ch-ch-ch-ha-ha-ha coming from the water.  Chains are starting to rattle around Pinhead’s fire and bloody bunny ears have been seen at Otis’ spot.  There is even a new area that has surfaced and only time will tell who is lurking in the woods.  All we know about this mysterious spot is that it looks like pure chaos with blood splattered everywhere and an apocalyptic siren coming from it’s walls.

In 2011 Pinhead’s Graveyard moved from behind the Waffle House to Asheville Highway.  Each year the graveyard has become bigger and better in it’s new location.  With the addition of a mysterious, hidden stretch of woods, the trail has grown this year and is the longest and biggest in Pinhead’s Graveyard history.  From our infamous beginnings on Azalea Road in the 90’s until now, Pinhead’s Graveyard continues to be the Premier Outdoor Haunted House and a staple in Western North Carolina and the Southeast.

In other very exciting news, R.A. Mihailoff who played Leatherface in Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3 will once again be making his yearly visit to Pinhead’s Graveyard.  R.A. will be at Pinhead’s Graveyard October 22-25, 2015, so be sure to come out and meet a true Horror Icon, Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3.

Three words: The Rise Guys.  Anyone from Asheville grew up listening to 93.3 The Planet and The Rise Guys Morning Show.  Mattman, Nine, Paige & Fatboy have become extended family to Pinhead’s Graveyard and R.A. Mihailoff.  Keep your ears tuned into The Rise Guys Morning Show for information about the 3rd Annual Monster Spelling Bee!
